When these terms apply

To every order placed through this website. For catering, we make a custom quote. Whatever we agree in that quote takes precedence over these terms.

Products and prices

• All prices on the site are in euros and include VAT.
• You order cookies in a box of 4, 8 or 12; mixing flavours is fine.
• Everything is made by hand, so your order may look slightly different from the photo.
• If there's an obvious mistake on the site, such as a wrong price, that mistake is not binding.

Ordering and payment

• Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment through Mollie has gone through. You'll then receive a confirmation by email.
• You can order until Thursday 12:00. You then pick up your order on the Friday or Saturday of that same week.
• If we unexpectedly can't make a flavour, for example because an ingredient has run out, we'll contact you. You can then choose another flavour or get that part of your money back.

Pickup

• You pick up your order on the day you choose: Friday from 17:00 to 20:00 or Saturday from 15:00 to 20:00, at Haaksbergerstraat 302 in Enschede. We don't deliver.
• Everything is freshly baked. If you don't pick up your order, we can't keep it for you and you won't get your money back. Can't make it after all? Let us know as soon as possible and we'll look for a solution together.

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Our products spoil quickly. That's why the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to your order.

Want to cancel anyway? Then email us before Thursday 12:00 in the week of your pickup day. You'll get your money back. After that, we start baking for you and you can no longer cancel.

Allergens

Our cookies contain allergens, such as gluten, milk and egg. Some flavours contain nuts. Do you have an allergy? Then ask us what's in a flavour before you order.

Complaints

Not happy with your order? Let us know within 24 hours of pickup by emailing info@lasweetbyela.nl, preferably with a photo. We'll look for a solution together.

Liability

Our products are fresh. Keep them cool and eat them soon. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect storage after pickup, or by an allergy you did not tell us about in advance. If something does go wrong that we are liable for, our liability never exceeds the amount of your order. This does not apply if the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

Governing law

These terms and your order are governed by Dutch law.
